Mission: forming a civic society and humanization of community through professional  and volunteer services.

Main goal: social, psychological and pedagogical support of different categories of population.

Activities:

• Informational and educational services;
• Increasing of professional  level of social field practitioners;
• Granting the base of student’s practicum  ("social pedagogy”, "social work”, "physical rehabilitation”);
• Support of families with children with special needs;
• Work with at-risk youth;
• Coordination of volunteer work.

  The Florence Center was registered in 2004.
  The development of the Florence Center became possible with the support and encouragement of our colleagues from Canada professor Otto Driedger and professor Florence Driedger.
