Really good event do not need any advertising. People are looking forward to this, prepare best outfits, call friends to such events. It happened with the concert “World of Big Hearts”, which took place the 8^th time in our city (more photo). It was organized by public organization “Florence” and its goal is the integration of people with special needs into the society. Today, this concert is not just a long-awaited event for a certain group of people: "World of Big Hearts" it is expanding, growing, and playing an important role in the life of Zaporizhzhye. This year the event gathered nearly 500 spectators.

The kids and teens from regular schools and inmates of rehabilitation institutions come here and side by side, hand in hand, participate in quizzes with amazing prizes, play and socialize, and then become spectators of a great concert on the stage.

The guys play different games and earn tokens. Then exchange them to different gifts. They ran from station to station, afraid to miss anything to get more tokens and just to have fun! Received tokens every child exchanged them for the prize, which he likes: face painting, hair braiding and of course a variety of books, notebooks, pens, bubbles and much more in the assortment in the store of prizes.

This year we had partners who helped us to organize the events: clowns, Reed Cross, art college, ecological club, volunteer groups, etc.

After games kids went to the concert hall. The stage glittered with the dancing groups “Rosinka”, “Prolisok”, the choir “Barvinok”, pupils of “Prometheus Centre”, the students of music and of secondary schools (school №38 was represented by the newly arisen star – participant of the TV project "Ukraine has got talent"-2 Andrey Shulakov). And our kids from “Kangaroo Program” melted the hearts of all the spectators.

Ancient sages said that 8 years is the best check on the necessity. “The World of Big Hearts” brilliantly passed the test and have demonstrated: Zaporizhzhya need such events. Our Integrated concert is growing every year, getting stronger, attracting more organizations. An increasing number of guys get the opportunity to show their talents. And to become more confident and sociable. And most importantly to understand that they are a part of a big society and have the right to be there.
