The Program "We are Just Like You!"
In November, the guys from the detention centre played with University students in football, some of the students were professionally engaged in football. The teens were very much impressed with the match, goals scored from half of the field with a woven balls, agile support and attack, the students were a real example for the children. The team of students had a girl who as a goalkeeper bravely stood up to defend the gate. All participants enthusiastically and tirelessly played for two hours. The most able children were awarded with honorary diplomas.
The "Kangaroo" Program
  Within this months, 14 children attended the "Kangaroo"program.
Conducted 2 individual consultations for new families, who would like to join our program. The program began to attend 2 new children: D. (2 years) and M. (2 years).
This month our childrens and staff decided to support the soldiers who are in the area of anti-terrorist operation (ATO). Throughout the week the children together with teachers drew pictures, made application which are done from heart and love. Soon, thanks to the volunteers Leonid and Natalia Snigur our crafts will be transferred to the front, where, we hope, will be able to bring a little joy and warmth in the soul of the military.
In November we continued hippotherapy sessions. In many children, there is a significant improvement: aligned posture, strengthen back muscles and legs. In addition, significant improvements were observed in timid and shy kids - communication with the horse increases the confidence, the child becomes more relaxed and open to communication, moreover, such interaction helps children to overcome fears and anxiety.
Very pleased that our parents leave positive feedback about the program "Kangaroo" on the forums of Zaporizhzhya sites. Here are a few words about us: "Japanese Food (in jars we bring home made food). Education - German (in addition to Waldorf pedagogy, applied pedagogy, etc.). Naps – American way (sleep on thick   mattresses on the floor). Payment – Indian (very cheap!) Attitude towards children is fabulous. Such a place can only dream of. Go there for 11 months. Come with a smile, and leave with smile! The only regret that wasn't there before."
This month we systematically continue to engage with the music therapist, play musical instruments. Great joy for us is that the children have become more diligent, perform all the tasks of a teacher, get into the rhythm, learn the lyrics.
This month we continue to go swimming, work with a speech therapist, conduct group and individual sessions. It should be noted that the individual work with children is conducted by the method of Strassmaier.
The Program "Healthy Lifestyle"
 
In November, we not only continued our sessions under the program "Healthy generation" in schools, but also increased the number of classes in which such activities are carried out. Due to continued close cooperation with schools we formed the credibility of our organization and our activities. More and more teachers show a wish to learn how to build a team, prevent of negative phenomena, issues of adolescent development. For example, the schedule of sessions is already made even for the next academic semester. Also, more and more teachers resort to our help in conducting parent meetings, both for classes and for the whole school.
We are very pleased with the success of children, improvement of their relationships, knowledge that will help them in life.
The Project «Stop HIV/AIDS»
This month we have a unique opportunity to conduct classes on HIV/AIDS not only in the city, but also outside it. We were invited to Kamyshevakha and Novotavryches secondary schools. Such a friendly and warm welcome we have not seen in any of the schools in the city! For both teachers and students our visit was the kind of event.
Classes went very well. Guys with great interest and enthusiasm were listening to a lecture. Our impressions was that compared with high-school students from the city, the guys from the countryside where the level of knowledge is somewhat lower show more interest in obtaining new information.
During the traditional question at the end of the lecture about what new the children learned one girl exclaimed: "Yes!!! I didn't know that HIV is so serious and so scarying". And in another school, the guys were very impressed with statistical data on the number of HIV-infected people in Ukraine and in the world.
 
Also this month there were two parent’s meetings on the topic: " Aggressive behavior of children and adolescents in school” # 24 and # 80.
The total number of parents attending meetings - 150 people. Parents noted that this information is important and relevant to them. Asked questions, proposed to give this lecture in other schools in the city.
 
Participation in Seminars, Conferences
On the 11th of November the staff of our Center organized a workshop for the staff of Zaporizhzhya city social services on the topic "Balintov’s groups". The purpose of this group was to acquaint professionals with the new form of work on the prevention of emotional burnout, as well as the practical application of new knowledge.
  The subject of analysis in the group is the discussions of cases from practice.
After the theoretical part was the practical part of the seminar.
According to the point of view of participants, this session was so helpful and relevant. Everybody express the wish to continue such meetings in the format Balentov’s groups each month. Here are some comments from attendees:
