1. The "Healthy
Generation"
In February, in the context of the program "Healthy
Generation" employees
conducted 20 sessions in five schools in Zaporizhhzya. Eight of these sessions were
devoted to professional identification, 8 sessions on team building and mental
health of children, 1 session was aimed at preventing of consumption of dinks
with low percentage of alcohol, one session focuses on the prevention of FASD.
The goal of each sessions was to develop the interest of children and help to
build the necessary skills.
For example, the first sessions on the team-building children - students
of the sixth grade felt difficulties in
establishing meaningful contacts present rigid distinction between
"friends" and "enemies," which made it very difficult
work in teams. After six sessions, we can say that the situation has changed -
the children enthusiastically involved in the job, help each other, feeling
like a team. The guys who were outsiders gradually incorporated into the work,
fixing the situation of success. Thus, we can say about the positive group
dynamics and the development of communicative qualities of children, and that
was the purpose of these sessions.
